We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturing defects for 6 months from the shipping date. Because our watch bands and jewelry are plated stainless steel or brass, with continuous wear it is possible the plating may fade over time. This is unavoidable over the lifetime of any plated jewelry. We recommend minimizing exposure to perfumes, hair products, oils, lotions, and products containing alcohol or alcohol derivatives, which may remove the plating. 

Our warranty does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, kinks, or the gradual degradation of all or part of the goods due to normal wear, mishap, careless handling, improper use, or use outside of Goldenerre's care instructions above.
