Our Holiday Return Policy Is Now In Effect

 All purchases made 11/05/24 through 12/15/24 may be returned for a full refund or easy exchange by 1/15/25, or within 30 days of receipt, whichever is later. Return shipping is free in the US through our Returns Portal.

We are thrilled you thought of Goldenerre for a gift. All packing slips include information with simple return instructions. Rest assured that we will take good care of your gift recipient.

US Shipping

We ship to all US states and territories and are pleased to offer free US shipping & returns.

Get free USPS first class shipping (3-5 business days) on any purchase $50 or more. For orders less than $50, USPS first class shipping is $10. 

We offer USPS Priority Shipping (2-3 business days) for $12.

UPS Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight Shipping are also available and priced at checkout, based on shipping address.

Unfortunately, free shipping and returns does not apply to APO addresses.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Southern California.

 

Delivery Time Estimates

Orders placed by 12pm PST will ship on the same business day. 

Orders placed after 12pm PST will ship on the next business day. Please note, we are closed Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed after 12pm PST on Friday, will ship on Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a US holiday.

First Class Shipping: 3-5 business days.

USPS Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days.

UPS Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight Shipping are also available and priced at checkout, based on your shipping address.

Changes and Cancellations

Please email as soon possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We are happy to make changes as long as your order has not yet shipped. After 12pm PST all orders are released to ship, and unfortunately no further changes or cancellations can be made.

 

Returns Policy

During the holiday season, our return window is extended. Purchases made 11/05/24 through 12/15/24 may be returned or exchanged by 1/15/25.

We hope you love your Goldenerre items. If not, we offer free returns of unworn product in its original state, within 30 days of the shipping day. This allows you try Goldenerre's quality and style, risk free.  Click here to retrieve a prepaid USPS return label.  You may also use this link to retrieve a QR code to bring to eligible USPS drop-off locations. If you do not use the returns portal, it may delay the processing of your return. Please email us at hello@goldenerre.com if you need assistance.

Returns are processed within 3-5 business day of receipt by our warehouse. 

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have processed your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days. 

 

Exchanges

To process an exchange, please visit our Returns Portal to retrieve your free USPS return label and to select your new product. Happy Shopping!

 

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders will ship as soon as the item is back in stock. All orders that contain a pre-order will be held until all items are back in stock and then shipped out together.
