How do I change my Apple Watch Band?

Do Goldenerre bands fit all series, including the SE and Ultra?
Yes! We use high quality stainless steel lugs that fit ALL models of Apple Watches, including Series 1 to 10, SE, Nike, Hermes, and Ultra models. You just need to know if you have the smaller Apple watch or the larger Apple Watch. For the Ultra, select the larger size (41/44/45mm depending on series).
How do I adjust my band size?
Need a custom fit? Links are easy to add and remove to make your metal band the perfect length for you. It's as easy as opening and closing the clasp. Check out our video below:
What are your items made from?
Our products are made from high quality materials and include stainless steel, brass, iron, and genuine leather. All our product are nickel-free. Please refer to individual styles for material content.
What is Goldenerre quality like?
Our bands are tested over 5000 times to ensure that they stand up to creasing and abrasion. We know our customers are active, so our bands are designed to keep up! Our bands are also exposed to harsh elements, including being submerged for 24 hours to ensure they stand up to sweat and moisture. Finally, we use high quality lugs that are individually tested to ensure they fit all models of Apple Watches (Series 1 to 10, SE, Ultra, Nike and Hermes Apple Watch models).
Payments
Which payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Payments.
Do you offer Buy Now Pay Later?
Yes, we offer two options: Afterpay and Shopify Payments.
Do you offer Layby?
No, we do not offer Layby at this time.
How long should a refund take to reach me?
Returns are processed within 3-5 business day of receipt by our warehouse. Depending on the policies of your bank or credit card, refunds are typically credited within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer gift receipts?
We do not offer gift receipts, however your recipients packing slip will direct her to make an easy exchange via our returns portal here. She can always contact us for help at hello@goldenerre.com.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to over 200 countries via DHL, starting at $25 (2-5 business days). The shipping cost will be shown after an international delivery address is entered at checkout. Sorry, we do not ship to Brazil, Hungary, India, Israel, Kenya, Kuwait, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Russia, Rwanda or Saudi Arabia due to restrictions on importing jewelry.
For customers in Australia and Singapore, we currently offer an additional option for USPS First Class International Shipping for $15, delivery in 6-14 business days.
Please note that international customers are responsible for customs and taxes upon delivery, estimated between 15-25% of the order value, depending on the country. Upon checkout and entering your billing address, you will be provided with this estimate of the customs and taxes.
Changes and Cancellations
Can I change my order?
Please email as soon possible if you have changes to your order. If your order was placed prior to 12pm on a business day, it has already been shipped and we will not be able to change your order.

Route Package Protection
What is Route Package Protection?
We recommend including package protection at checkout so you’ll be covered in case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
When you add Route Protect during checkout, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Route ID number for their order and instructions on how to track their package and file an issue using the Route App or desktop.
Note: If Route Package Protection is deselected at checkout, Goldenerre is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items in transit.
Please note Route Protect Policies:
In order for the issue to be approved, the purchase must be stolen, lost, or damaged and be within Route policy time frames. Here are the requirements for common issue scenarios:
Stuck In Transit (Lost)
For Domestic: Issues can be approved no earlier than 7 days, no later than 30 days from the last update, and no later than 60 days from the order date
For International: Issues can be approved no earlier than 20 days, no later than 30 days from the last update, and no later than 60 days from the order date.
Damaged
Damaged item claims must include photos of the package and item (required), and the issue must be submitted no later than 15 days from when the package was marked delivered.
Marked As Delivered (Stolen)
Issues can be approved no earlier than 5 days and no later than 15 days from when the package was marked delivered. Orders over $100 USD require a police report.
Return, Refunds and Exchanges
How do I make a return?
We hope you love your Goldenerre items. If not, we gladly accept returns of unworn product in its original state within 30 days of the delivery date.
We offer free returns or exchanges on any purchase so you can try Goldenerre's quality and style risk free. Click here to retrieve a prepaid USPS return label. You may also use this link to retrieve a QR code to bring to eligible USPS drop-off locations. If you do not use the returns portal, it may delay the processing of your return. Please email us at hello@goldenerre.com if you need assistance.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?
Yes! To process a refund or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal to retrieve your free USPS return label. You will be able to select whether you would like to return or exchange your product.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes! We gladly accept returns of unworn, regular-priced product in its original state within 30 days of the shipping date. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have processed your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Can I return a sale item?
Sorry, items marked as final sale (ending in $0.99) cannot be returned, as stated on the product pages.
Gift Cards
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards for delivery by email to your gift recipient, or to you. Gift cards can be personalized with a message and can be scheduled for delivery on a specific date. Please see our gift card here.
How long are gift cards valid for?
Gift Cards do not expire.
Can I exchange a gift card for cash?
Sorry, gift cards may not be exchanged for cash.
Band and Jewelry Care
Care Guide
We hope you love your Goldenerre jewelry. We suggest the following care to maximize the life or your beautiful new pieces.
Metal Watch Bands & Jewelry
All Goldenerre metal bands and jewelry are protected by a high quality ion-plating to resist abrasion and prevent tarnishing.
To prevent this plating we suggest avoiding contact with chemical cleaners, lotions, hair products and perfume containing alcohol or alcohol derivatives. When wearing perfume, allow it to dry before putting on your new jewelry.
When necessary, clean metal bands and jewelry with a damp cloth. If necessary, use a mild soap. Dry completely before storing in a dry place.
If packed for travel, lay watch bands flat in the original box or in our jewelry case. Avoid contact with other metal pieces to prevent scratches.
Leather Watch Bands
Your leather band will soften and conform to the shape of your wrist over time. Please avoid contact with lotions, chemical cleaners and perfume.
Occasionally, clean with your leather bad and any metal accents with a damp cloth cloth. If necessary, use a mild soap. Dry completely before storing in a dry place.
