Do your bands fit every model of Apple Watches?
Yes! We use high quality lugs that are individually tested to ensure they fit all Apple Watches (Series 1 to 6, SE, Nike, and Hermes Apple Watch models). You just need to know if your Apple Watch is the smaller watch face (38mm or 40mm, depending on the series) or larger watch face (42mm or 44mm, depending on the series).
How do I make a return?
We hope you love your Goldenerre items. If not, we gladly accept returns of unworn product in its original state within 30 days of the shipping date.
Beginning on 6/27/22, you may also use the link above to retrieve a QR code to drop off your return at eligible USPS locations.
We offer free returns on any purchase so you can try Goldenerre quality and style risk free! Click here to retrieve a prepaid USPS return label. If you do not use the returns portal, it may delay the processing of your return. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need assistance.
Returns are processed within 3-5 business day of receipt by our warehouse.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
International customers can return product within 45 days of the shipping date. Please return your package to us at your own expense at: Goldenerre, 3940 Prospect Ave. Suite G Yorba Linda, California, 92886, USA.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to over 200 countries via DHL, starting at $25 (2-5 business days). The shipping cost will be shown after an international delivery address is entered at checkout. Sorry, we do not ship to Brazil, Hungary, India, Israel, Kenya, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Russia, Rwanda or Saudi Arabia due to restrictions on importing jewelry.
For customers in Australia and Singapore, we currently offer an additional option for USPS First Class International Shipping for $15, delivery in 6-14 business days.
Please note that international customers are responsible for customs and taxes upon delivery, between 15-25% of the order value, depending on the country. Upon checkout and entering your billing address, our software will provide an estimate of the customs and taxes.
Do you have a warranty?
Goldenerre Guarantee: We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturing defects for 6 months from shipping date. Because our watch bands and jewelry are plated stainless steel or brass, it is possible for the plating to fade over time from continuous wear. This is unavoidable over the lifetime of any plated jewelry, thus we recommend minimizing exposure to perfumes, hair products, oils, lotions, and products containing alcohol which can remove the plating.
Our warranty does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, kinks, or the gradual degradation of all or part of the goods due to normal wear, mishap, careless handling, improper use, or use outside of Goldenerre's care instructions. What is Route Package Protection?
Add package protection at checkout and rest assured you’ll be covered in case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
When you add Route Protect during checkout, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Route ID number for their order and instructions on how to track their package and file an issue using the Route App or desktop.
Please note Route Protect Policies:
In order for the issue to be approved, the purchase must be stolen, lost, or damaged and be within Route policy time frames. Here are the requirements for common issue scenarios:
Stuck In Transit (Lost)
For Domestic: Issues can be approved no earlier than 7 days, no later than 30 days from the last update, and no later than 60 days from the order date
For International: Issues can be approved no earlier than 20 days, no later than 30 days from the last update, and no later than 60 days from the order date.
Damaged item claims must include photos of the package and item (required), and the issue must be submitted no later than 15 days from when the package was marked delivered.
Marked As Delivered (Stolen)
Issues can be approved no earlier than 5 days and no later than 15 days from when the package was marked delivered.
Orders over $100 USD require a police report.
